15th International Fair of Stone And Stone Machinery INTERKAMIEN

Owing to the special character of this industry and of the exhibited range of products and services, the Kielce fair is a unique event on the Polish exhibition market. Although it is a rather small-scale exhibition, it is worth visiting, especially by representatives of stone processing companies, by architects, building investors and contractors, as well as by individual customers. It is here that they will find all things related to stone intended for processing and stone as a material to be used in private homes. The range of exhibited products encompasses not only stone processing equipment, building stone and aggregate, but also blocks, paving flags, tiles, sculptures, fireplaces and fountains. It is at the Kielce exhibition that the latest information about trends and innovations emerging on the market is available. There are also opportunities to talk with stone professionals from different countries in Europe and all over the world.

It is not coincidental that such an exhibition devoted to the stone industry is organized in Kielce. In fact, the Swietokrzyskie region is rich in construction raw materials such as sandstone, marble, limestone and dolomite. The resources of these stones are large and easy to extract. Therefore Kielce makes a perfect place for holding a trade fair dedicated to this industry. It is a venue for meetings attended by experts, building industry professionals, stone users and producers as well as by investors. The International Fair of Stone and Stone Machinery INTERKAMIEN features products and services typical of three fields: natural stone, architecture and building industry.

INTERKAMIEN 2009 was accompanied by the fourteenth conference on "Stone in the Building Industry”, which was organized by the Kielce Branch of the Polish Geology Institute.

The 14th International Fair of Stone and Stone Machinery INTERKAMIEN were held simultaneously with exhibitions: DOM, OGROD i TY, GLASS-TECH, VENUS, VOYAGER i AGROTRAVEL. Fairs were visited by 22 000 guests.
